Lancaster/Lebanon Parade of Homes. We asked kitchen designers Pam Clements and Kent Neff to share the key features of these award-winning kitchens:

Best Of Show, Best Kitchen Division 2–

Single Family Home, Lebanon, $408,500 – 439,171

This bold kitchen features rich, deep colors and a delightful balance of light and texture. Recessed Beaded Panel Maple cabinetry is finished in Ginger along the perimeter of the kitchen. A complementary island with seating for three features an Espresso finish. Cabinetry is staggered and highlighted by large crown moulding. A walk-in corner pantry, lazy susan corner base cabinet and glass door cabinet provide diverse and attractive storage options. Countertops are Tropical Brown granite with a tile back splash. Black hardware provides a dramatic accent.

In this stunning design the perimeter and island cabinetry match in Beaded Panel Maple W/ Cordovan Finish. The wall cabinetry is staggered and highlighted by large crown molding. Espresso Glaze. Increased-depth cabinetry in a staggered design creates a diverse, dimensional look with increased storage space through height and depth. Special features include all solid wood dovetailed drawers with undermount soft-close mechanisms, a diagonal super lazy susan, and extended refrigerator closer panels to unify the look. Base molding and large crown molding that extends to the ceiling add to the rich feel.

The complementary island is finished in Coco Brown and features bead board paneling. Furniture base molding provides a stunning finish.   Best of Show, Best Kitchen Division 2—Townhomes, $189,900 – 224,000 Garman Builders, 178 Fieldcrest Lane, Ephrata   There’s no shortage of space or appeal in this luxury townhome kitchen. Our popular Recessed Panel Beaded Maple cabinetry is finished in Cordovan, staggered to create a multi-dimensional look and accented with oil rubbed bronze hardware. The 18” pantry cabinet amps up the storage while a glass door cabinet helps brighten the space. The matching island provides additional workspace and seating for three.
