Kitchen Designer/Customer Service Rep

We are seeking a full-time entry-level Kitchen Designer/Customer Service Rep with a passion to learn and grow. Chief responsibilities include reconstructing architectural drawings into 3-D perspectives via 20/20; scheduling appointments with customers; assisting customers in the showroom, in the field or at job sites, and via telephone; building strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and trade customers.

Installation Field Supervisor

Swartz Kitchens & Baths seeks a professional to oversee all field installation-related services for our company. This includes all administrative, field service, and maintenance responsibilities. Additionally, this person will coordinate work for all specified subcontractors, ensuring that they perform their duties to company standards while maintaining proper appearance and professionalism while under contract.

Essential responsibilities include, but are not limited to: processing layouts, customer orders, and installer payroll; overseeing installer quality control; maintaining service logs; producing weekly and monthly service reports; field measuring; developing and maintaining effective business relationships with building superintendents and trade subcontractors; reviewing and responding to service issues; performing installer safety inspections; maintaining company vehicle, tools and service racks; pulling and delivering materials to job site as needed; attending company meetings.

This position requires: strong MS Office computer skills; advanced knowledge of kitchen cabinetry and the ability to read kitchen layouts as well as builder-provided full house plans; field experience in the construction industry; experience with cabinet installation, service, order entry, delivery and scheduling; and experience with hand- and power-tools for kitchen installations. Previous experience managing subcontractors is preferred.
