Kitchen Designer/Customer Service Rep
We are seeking a full-time entry-level Kitchen Designer/Customer Service Rep with a passion to learn and grow. Chief responsibilities include reconstructing architectural drawings into 3-D perspectives via 20/20; scheduling appointments with customers; assisting customers in the showroom, in the field or at job sites, and via telephone; building strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and trade customers.
If you are tech savvy and have CAD skills and/or knowledge of 20/20; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong analytical and critical thinking skills; a highly organized, detail-oriented work style with strong follow-up skills; and the ability to work well in teams, this career opportunity will be a great fit for you.
This position requires a willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, and weekends. Prior kitchen design and industry experience is a plus, but not required. Benefits for this full-time position include 401K, medical benefits, Aflac, paid holidays and vacation.
Installer/Service Tech
Swartz Kitchens & Baths seeks a full-time installer/service technician to work alongside some of the finest builders, remodelers, commercial contractors, and installation crews in the area. The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented and able to work through punch lists pertaining to quality cabinets, countertops, and hardware. Carpentry proficiency with hand- and power-tools is a must; electrical and plumbing knowledge is a plus. The ideal candidate will know how to read kitchen layouts and house plans and have experience installing kitchen cabinetry.
Essential responsibilities include but are not limited to punch outs on install jobs, cabinetry and countertop repair, installation of replacement doors, and field measurements as needed.
This position requires: knowledge of all hand tools; strong analytical and critical thinking skills; excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including strong follow-up; a highly organized, detail-oriented mindset; and an ability to work well with others.
