— We solve problems and help dreams come true.
— We follow through on all promises.
— We are committed to working together to get the job done.
— We tell the truth to earn your confidence and safeguard our reputation.
— We take care of our team members so they can take care of our customers.
Bob Swartz and his wife, Shirley, may have changed the product offerings, but the emphasis on service and quality never wavered. Scott Swartz says: “I remember my mother hauling cabinets in her own car to a client’s house on a Friday evening because ‘they really needed them’ for a job.”
Scott’s worked in his family business from “the ground up” — his first job was in the warehouse. After graduating from college in 1989, he joined the family business full-time. As he matured in business, Scott established strong relationships with long-time talented employees as well as great builders and contractors in central PA. Taking care of every customer in a way that exceeds their expectations — this is the Swartz way.
Today, the fourth generation of the Swartz family is learning the business — Scott’s son, Kyle, an alumni of Penn State and St. Joseph University, recently joined the commercial side of Swartz Kitchen & Baths.
Just like our founders, we remain proud to work hand-in-hand with homeowners, and hand-in-glove as a true trade partner to building trades — home builders, remodeling contractors, commercial contractors and property managers. We make it our mission to deliver quality kitchen and bath cabinetry at nearly any price point. Scott says: “We provide an exceptional breadth and depth of product, and we work so hard to keep our jobs on-schedule and within quote because at the end of a project, we want our customers to be not only satisfied, but delighted.”

our family’s legacy with a strong commitment to timeless core values.
Family-Owned and Customer-Focused Since 1934
Family-owned and operated for four generations, Swartz Kitchens & Baths has been serving customers throughout Pennsylvania for over 90 years. With five showrooms throughout central and eastern Pennsylvania, their business focus is on kitchens, baths — and customers.
Scott Swartz, President of Swartz Kitchen & Baths is an active on-site owner who works closely with his team to provide outstanding service to homeowners, contractors, and other industry professionals. “Our philosophy”, he says, “is 100% customer-centric.”
In fact, everyone at Swartz Kitchen & Baths is expected to honor the company’s five core values:
— We solve problems and help dreams come true.
— We follow through on all promises.
— We are committed to working together to get the job done.
— We tell the truth to earn your confidence and safeguard our reputation.
— We take care of our team members so they can take care of our customers.
These values align with the same principles Scott’s grandfather, Ken Swartz, lived by when he founded Swartz Supply in 1934. The company started as a coal-hauling business, but later provided plumbing, heating and air-conditioning supplies. In the sixties, Ken’s son, Bob Swartz shifted the company’s focus to kitchen cabinetry and other kitchen and bath remodeling products.
