Width and Depth of Experience: Spring has been with Swartz Kitchens & Baths for more than 21 years. She started as a receptionist before moving into showroom coordination and customer service. Over time, she’s helped in nearly every department, gaining a clear view of how and why things are done across the company and the industry.
Finds Inspiration In: Everyday life. How her own family uses their kitchen and bath spaces often sparks new ideas.
Favorite Feature: The people. Spring enjoys meeting new customers and helping them find the right fit for their home. After two decades at Swartz, she still loves coming to work and feeling like she’s among family.
Favorite Past Project: A recent remodel brought together four cabinet finishes and three types of countertops — including reclaimed barn wood — to create a space that felt both fresh and familiar.
